Within seven calendar days of receiving your brand assets and content — verified by timestamp — we will deliver your site, live on your domain (three pages on Launch, five on Studio), scoring 95 or above on every Google Lighthouse category. If any page scores below 95 in any category at launch, or if we miss the seven-day window, your site is free. Zero cost. Zero questions. You keep the work either way.
How we measure — and why it matters.
The score of record is the median of five Lighthouse runs per page, mobile emulation with simulated throttling, run against your live production URL on launch day. All five runs appear in your audit report — including any below the median. Google's field data is excluded: it needs 28 days of real visitor traffic that neither of us controls.
One condition, stated up front.
The scores are measured on the site as we deliver it. Adding third-party code afterwards — a tag manager, chat widget, tracking pixel, embedded video — will move those numbers, and that is outside what we can guarantee. Tell us what you need to run and we will advise on the options that hold the score. Most clients keep their 100s.
How the clock actually works.
It starts the moment your asset submission is confirmed complete — not when you sign, and not when you say you have sent something. You get that exact timestamp and your exact deadline by email the same minute. And it pauses whenever we are waiting on you. Revision feedback is due within 24 hours on Day 3 and Day 5; every hour beyond that adds an hour to the deadline. Every start, pause and resume is logged with its reason and visible to you throughout — the same ledger goes into your audit report.

Studio ($18K) covers five pages, including a working blog, with twelve months of hosting and maintenance. Both carry the identical 95/7 Ironclad Guarantee. Need more than five pages? We'll scope it as a separate project or move you to the multi-page brand site tier — same standards, adjusted timeline and investment.
Logo files (SVG or high-res PNG), a defined colour palette (hex codes), your preferred typography (font names or Google Fonts links), and any existing brand guidelines you have. If you don't have these yet, the full brand identity tier is the better fit.
We guarantee 95+ at launch. Post-launch, your hosting environment, third-party scripts, and content changes can affect scores — that's why hosting and OmniSphere monitoring are included on both tracks. If scores dip, you'll know immediately, and we'll help diagnose the cause. Deliberately adding unoptimised third-party scripts or heavy media after launch is outside the guarantee scope.
The 95/7 Fast-Track is a fresh build — we don't retrofit existing sites. If you need migration, integration with a specific CMS, or work on an existing codebase, the full platform tier is the better starting point.
