Legal
Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 12, 2026. This page explains what we collect when you use this site, why, and how to reach us about it.
What we collect
When you fill out the project form on /contact, request the 7‑Day Fast‑Track, or book a call through /schedule, we collect what you give us directly: your name, email address, company or business name, budget range, project details, and — for scheduled calls — your selected date, time, and timezone. Booking a call may also involve Google Calendar and Google Meet, which are subject to Google's own privacy terms.
Running our free X‑Ray audit tool sends the URL you enter to Google's PageSpeed Insights API to generate the report; we don't store the URLs you audit beyond what's needed to display your result.
Like most websites, our hosting and content-delivery infrastructure automatically logs standard technical data — IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited — for security and performance purposes.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry or confirm a booking — this is the entire purpose of the contact and scheduling forms.
- To keep a record of client and prospect communications for our own operations.
- To monitor and improve site performance and security.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your contact details for marketing you haven't asked for.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that make the site and booking flow work — for example our hosting provider, our booking/calendar backend (Supabase), and Google (Calendar, Meet, Lighthouse/PageSpeed) for the features that rely on them. We don't share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry and booking information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you, deliver a project, and meet our own business and legal record-keeping needs. You can ask us to delete your information at any time — see "Your choices" below.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing projects@saffrondesigns.io. If you're in a jurisdiction with statutory data-protection rights (for example the EU/UK GDPR or a U.S. state privacy law), those rights apply and we'll honor requests made under them.
Cookies
This site uses only the technical storage necessary to run the pages you're on — we do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may set its own minimal technical cookies under Google's policies.
