Using this site

This website, including the free X‑Ray audit tool, the Brand Soul configurator, and the booking calendar, is provided for your use in evaluating and engaging Saffron Designs. Don't use it to attack, scrape at scale, or disrupt the service, or to submit false or malicious information through the contact or booking forms.

The X‑Ray audit tool

The X‑Ray tool runs a live Google Lighthouse / PageSpeed Insights scan against a URL you provide. Scores can vary run to run depending on network conditions, server load, and the target site's own configuration — we present the tool as a diagnostic snapshot, not a certified or guaranteed measurement of any third-party site.

Booking a call

Booking through /schedule reserves a time for an introductory conversation. Calls are conducted over Google Meet. Rescheduling or cancelling is available up until the scheduled time; no-shows may be asked to rebook rather than being guaranteed a new slot automatically.

Project engagements

Nothing on this site is itself a contract or a binding quote. Project scope, pricing, deliverables, timelines, and the specific terms of the 95/7 Fast‑Track guarantee (described on /7-day) are only binding once confirmed in writing between you and Saffron Designs — typically a signed proposal, statement of work, or invoice. Where the two conflict, the signed engagement document governs.

The published tiers, price ranges, and the "95 or it's free" guarantee reflect our current standard offering and are subject to change; the terms that apply to your project are the ones current at the time you sign an engagement with us.

Intellectual property

Site content, the X‑Ray and Omnisphere tools, and our own published audit methodology are the property of Saffron Designs. Deliverables produced for a paying client under a signed engagement are governed by that engagement's own IP terms, not by this page.

Limitation of liability

This site and its tools are provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Saffron Designs isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, the X‑Ray tool's output, or the booking system. This doesn't limit liability that can't be limited under applicable law, and doesn't affect the specific commitments made in a signed client engagement.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site and our tools evolve. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the current terms.
